Online orders placed before 5 pm are delivered on the same day in Karachi and dispatched to be delivered the next day in other cities. Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered the next day in Karachi and dispatched the next day to be delivered the day after in other cities.
How do I issue a return?
Orders qualify for returns if proof (images/video) of damaged goods or compromised quality are shared with our team on our info@baklavapalace.com email. These will be reviewed by the team and after approval, refunds or exchange items will be given to the customer within 3-5 business days.
